– Ineligibility for the course due to not meeting academic prerequisites (official documentation must be provided).

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

– If a student withdraws after attending one or more sessions.

– If digital learning materials (such as recorded sessions, downloadable resources, or test content) have been accessed.

– If a student is removed from a course for disciplinary reasons.

– If the student is unable to attend due to personal issues such as illness, schedule conflicts, or travel.

4. Course Transfer or Batch Change

– Students may request a transfer to another batch or switch to a different course, depending on availability.

– StudyMate Academy holds the right to approve or deny such requests.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

– Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
