– If digital learning materials (such as recorded sessions, downloadable resources, or test content) have been accessed.

– If a student is removed from a course for disciplinary reasons.

– If the student is unable to attend due to personal issues such as illness, schedule conflicts, or travel.

4. Course Transfer or Batch Change

– Students may request a transfer to another batch or switch to a different course, depending on availability.
