Coral link themselves with ocean ground. As a result they cant move. Check pic 1.  There are two types of jellyfish. One can move cause they are free from any kind of attachment. Pic 2  But the 2nd type attach themselves with leaf, rock or something like. As a result their position is fixed like coral. Check pic 3
